SkipChips Onsite Scheduling Form

Guidelines:

• We have 2 Installation Windows every Monday through Friday. Work will always be completed the same business day it has been requested by end of the day. A Block appointments will always be completed first.

  • A Block (Available to commence work no later than 9:00 am)

  • B Block (Available to commence work no later than 11:30 am)

• A profile picture of the vehicle (example below) must be sent to Installs@SkipChips.com on the day of the appointment once the vehicle is available to ensure the correct parts are provided to the installer.

• Work Scheduled 2 business days in advance will always be completed as requested. If more timely fulfillment is needed, contact our office (952.401.4547).

• Installations take at least 3 hours and up to 2 business days per vehicle depending on coverage (times are included in packages below). Cars must be available to Installers for this duration on the day work is scheduled.

• If vehicles are not available to installers for the installation block requested, we will reschedule the work for the next available opening.

• An invoice will be sent upon completion of work. vehicles are available for delivery anytime after this has been received.
